The Neels, John, Catherine, Grace and Virginia, invited us to join them at their church for breakfast with Santa! What a fabulous set up... yummy breakfast, a short line and a kind, gentle Santa. We had a blast and got a great shot of Lulu with Santa on her first Christmas!
The Friday after Thanksgiving mom and dad hosted a family oyster roast for my birthday. Louisa bundled up and joined in on the fun!

Louisa is getting stronger and stronger each day. We are hopeful that she will be coming home in just a few days. She needed to eat on her own and she is finally starting to accomplish that milestone. To give you an idea of her size, because she looks bigger in pictures, the outfit she is wearing above is a "newborn" and it swallows her whole. The "new outfits" below are a little big and they are "preemies". She is much smaller in person. We think of her as mini me! Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers! We have needed them during this trying time. The great news is that Louisa is very healthy and has been. She was just not quite ready to eat (very common at her gestational age) but it seems like she may be now! Once she eats regularly on her own and she passes the "car seat test"... she can come home! check back for pictures of that special day which will hopefully be sooner than later! Thanks again for all your love! We are a blessed family to have so many wonderful friends and family!
